    At MWSI we position our trainees with top producing brokers so they may emulate their sales techniques and develop skills under the guidance of an expert. Our training starts from day one, and will continue throughout a candidate’s entire career.

    MWSI is a brokerage firm that is built by stockbrokers for stockbrokers, and this becomes very apparent in the training process. Keep in mind that everyone associated with management is obviously well versed with what it takes to develop a successful career in the brokerage industry. What we do is give our trainees all the necessary tools to be a successful stockbroker throughout the training process. We start by placing strong emphasis on the fundamentals. For example, the training process will sometimes be more difficult than the real world process to ensure success.

    We will begin by partnering you with a million dollar producer and they will quickly help you develop basic skills so that you are ready to begin studying for the Series 7 exam. Morgan Wilshire will sponsor appropriate candidates as well as incur expenses for test materials and administrative fees. MSWI knows that by investing in the proper candidate, the return will be a top-producing broker.
